What is LivingTechno?
LivingTechno is a West Lothian-based event brand specialising in unique pop-up raves and techno experiences. We focus on creating unforgettable nights with cutting-edge sound, lighting, and top-tier aspiring DJs from the techno scene.
Where are your events held?
Our mission started out to host events in various venues across West Lothian and surrounding areas with each location carefully chosen for its vibe, capacity, and sound/lighting quality. We are constantly looking at venues further afield, so sign up to our mailing list to see when we're coming close to you!
Tickets
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased via our official ticketing partners. Links to ticket sales are posted on our website, event pages and social media channels.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
The majority of event tickets are transferable unless stated otherwise. For tickets purchased through Skiddle, please click here for detailed instructions.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. For special circumstances, please contact our support team through the ‘contact us’ page on our website or by emailing info@livingtechno.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund, or you may transfer your ticket to a future event if you wish, depending on where you purchased your ticket.
Event Details
What should I bring to the event?
Bring your ticket (digital or printed), a valid photo ID, and plenty of energy! LivingTechno will accept both card and cash at our merchandise stands and our managed catering operations, however, depending on the venue, any bar sales / cloakroom / 3rd party food vendors may be card and/or cash only, so please check the specific event details or contact the venue direct.
What is the age requirement for your events?
All of our events are 18+. Please check individual event pages for specific age restrictions. Please remember 18+ events in Scotland must enforce Challenge25, so if you look under the age of 25, please remember your ID.

Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Re-entry is not permitted at any event unless otherwise stated. Please check the specific event details or ask a staff member upon arrival.
What is the dress code?
Anything goes, except football tops or colours. We encourage creativity and self-expression through your style, so come dressed to dance and have fun!
Health & Safety
Are your events safe?
We prioritise the safety and well-being of all attendees. Security personnel & trained first aiders are present at all events, and we work closely with venues to ensure the safety & wellbeing of our guests and compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations.
What is your policy on photography and filming?
Photography and filming by attendees are allowed unless otherwise specified. However, please be respectful of others’ privacy and avoid using flash photography near performers. Remember to grab a photo in front of our LivingTechno backdrop and share on your socials & tag us for your chance to win VIP for up to 4 people for a future event!
Do you have a zero-tolerance policy?
Yes, we have a zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, and illegal substances. Anyone violating these policies will be removed from the event. No refunds for tickets of any other costs will be provided if ejected from venue for any of the above reasons.
WHat if I feel unsafe or unwell?
If at any point in the event you feel unsafe or unwell for any reason, please see any member of LivingTechno, security or venue staff as soon as possible. All events have trained first aiders on site at all points of the event. If you feel unsafe due to suspicious items, or suspicious or harassing behaviour, please alert staff as soon as possible. We will take swift action to rectify the situation.
Is the ask for angela initiative in operation at your events?
LivingTechno Events fully supports the Ask for Angela initiative. All LivingTechno at-event staff are trained to recognise and respond to the initiative. While we cannot guarantee that venue staff or third-party vendors are trained, our security teams are always available to assist in such situations at all events. Please don’t hesitate to approach them for help.
Are there bag checks in operation?
For the safety of all attendees, bag checks may be conducted upon entry at some venues. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and any items that could pose a risk to others. Confiscated items will not be returned, so please check the events list of prohibited items before arriving.
Accessibility
Are your events accessible for people with disabilities?
We strive to ensure our events are accessible to everyone. As we host our events in different venues, accessibility will vary by event. Please contact us in advance if you require special accommodations.
Do you provide a quiet space?
Where the venue allows, we will provide a designated quiet space. In cases where space is limited, we will ensure guests are accommodated and supported in the best possible way by our trained security and event staff.
